Return Policies
 
Compressor Parts’s Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from Compressor Parts (OZZEAL PTY LTD).
 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Please follow the steps below to ensure the most accurate and timely refund.
 
  • All product returns require a return authorization number. You may obtain a return authorization number by calling 03 9725 3121 or by email info@compressorparts.com.au.
  • Any products are returned to us without a return authorization number and proper documentation will be returned at the purchaser’s expense. 
  • Products that are not eligible for return are as follows:
    • Any product not purchased directly from Compressed Parts (OZZEAL PTY LTD).
    • Any product that has been installed or used.
    • Any products returned without the original packaging, accessories, pieces, and components originally included.
    • Any product that has been physically damaged.
    • Any electrical component.
    • Gaskets, O-Rings, and Seals.
    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Downloadable software products. such as product instruction manual or parts manual
  • Any products returned to Compressor Parts (OZZEAL PTY LTD) must be new, unused, complete, including all required documentation, and within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the return policy is not followed, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Compressor Parts (OZZEAL PTY LTD) reserves the right to refuse any return. We also reserve the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 30% of the original purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
 
Refunds
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

 
Refund credits can only be charged back to the card of original purchase. In the event, a card can no longer be charged back, and at least one attempt has been made on our part, a credit will be placed on your account to be applied towards any future purchases. If you would like to receive your refund via company cheque or direct debit, you must submit your request in writing. The processing of a company cheque refund may result in a delay of refund.
 
In few instances, refunds may be delayed while waiting for the manufacturer to inspect a product and issue a credit to Compressor Parts(OZZEAL PTY LTD). Once we receive credit, a timely refund will be processed.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or promotion or huge discounted items cannot be refunded.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@compressorparts.com.au and send your item to PO BOX 113, MITCHAM VIC, 3136, Australia within 30 days from the date of invoice date.
 
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
 
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to PO BOX 113, MITCHAM VIC, 3136, Australia.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
 
Shipping Errors
 
Should you receive a product that was shipped in error due to the mistake of our shipping department, the correct replacement will be shipped at our expense. If the incorrect product will need to be returned, we will, at our expense,  provide the proper procedures for this action.
 
Website Errors
 
In the event that a price and/or description on our website is incorrect, we reserve the right to correct the mistake and contact the purchaser to arrange the proper procedures for correcting the error.
