SHIPPING
Where the warehouse located?
Compressor Parts warehouse located in Melbourne East, where the majority of items are prepared and shipped out from and we make sure all the products prepared as per the order only and shipped out as quickly as possible.
We also have multiple drop-shipment locations throughout the Australia, that specific items will be sent out to customer from for faster shipping to your location.
What are the shipping methods available?
Currently Compressor Parts shipped all items through Australia Post. Compressor Parts also offers different shipping methods for quick services on depends on locations, please select appropriate shipping method at check out. If you not sure please call on 03 9725 3171 before placing an order.
Compressor Parts will make sure that all order processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 days upon being payment cleared.
Approximate Delivery Times as below but it can be varying in certain conditions where we don’t have control on delivery network. Such as catastrophic whether condition.
Australia Post Express Parcels : Allow up to 5 Business Days
Air Bag Delivery : 2-3 Business Days
All Standard delivery : up to 10 days
How do I know When the order shipped?
• In most cases, the order will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days, if the order is backorder then Compressor Parts will notify immediately to customer with ETA detail.
• Order containing multiple items, the items may be ship together or separately and at different times. Shipment confirmation email will be sent out to inform customer which items have been shipped along with tracking number if possible.
How do I track my order?
All Orders can be easily tracked by calling 03 9725 3171 and email to info@compressorparts.com.au . Additionally, you will also receive confirmation emails informing you about your order current status.
How do you calculate shipping charges?
• All the order above $99 will have free standard shipping, additional fees will be applying to all express delivery
• All online orders are processed with an estimated shipping calculator, shipping cost may be very location to location. All shipping cost will be reflecting in your final invoice.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Credit/Debit Card : (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
After you chose credit card as payment method, please click on “buy”. After this you will be redirected to a secure page where you can select your credit card type. Finally, you have to enter the correct card information and to confirm the payment. Your card will be charged after your order has been completed.
Bank Transfer:
You can electronically transfer amount directly to our bank account, please speak to our sales team on 03 9725 3171 to get bank details, you can also find bank details on invoice.
PayPal:
After you place the order, you will be redirected to PayPal page. Please, log in and make payment. To pay by means of PayPal you need to have PayPal account. There are no additional fees.
